Step 1: Prepare the materials and tools


Before installing frp railing, you need to prepare the following materials and tools:


Frp railing components, such as posts, rails, brackets, connectors, etc.

Drill, drill bits, screws, nuts, washers, etc.

Tape measure, level, pencil, etc.

Safety equipment, such as gloves, goggles, helmet, etc.



Step 2: Mark the installation position


Use a tape measure and a pencil to mark the installation position of the frp railing on the ground or the wall. Make sure the distance between the posts is even and the height of the railing is suitable. Use a level to check the horizontal and vertical alignment of the marks.



Step 3: Install the posts


Use a drill to make holes on the marked position according to the size of the screws. Insert the screws through the base plate of the post and secure them with nuts and washers. Make sure the post is firmly fixed and perpendicular to the ground or the wall.



Step 4: Install the rails


Use a drill to make holes on the posts according to the size of the connectors. Insert the connectors through the holes and secure them with nuts and washers. Attach the rails to the connectors and tighten them. Make sure the rails are parallel to each other and aligned with the posts.



Step 5: Install the brackets


Use a drill to make holes on the rails according to the size of the brackets. Insert the brackets through the holes and secure them with nuts and washers. Attach the brackets to the posts and tighten them. Make sure the brackets are stable and support the rails.



Installation Tips

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and specifications when installing frp railing.

Wear safety equipment and avoid touching sharp edges or hot surfaces when installing frp railing.

Check the frp railing regularly for any damage or looseness and repair or replace it as soon as possible.

Clean the frp railing with mild detergent and water to maintain its appearance and performance.
